divided into three stages: an initial assessment, customer
site evaluation and finally, recommendation and deliverables.
During the initial assessment, we
will gather key information about your Gasper system, as well
as reviewing any areas of concern and discussing your needs
and requirements. In particular, we focus on your network
performance and how your goals compare against actual results.
A detailed customer site evaluation
will determine how much benefit your organization is currently
receiving from each Gasper Vantage™
module, as well as focusing on where improvements can continually
be made. At the same time, we will review your help desk operational
practices and collect key information relative to the performance
of your ATM network for comparison with Gasper’s best practices
model for ATM management.
Finally, we will deliver a comprehensive
evaluation of the findings and recommendations. This will
be summarized in a formal presentation and written report.
Its actionable recommendations will enable your organization
to realize the maximum benefit from your Gasper systems.
As a Gasper customer, you are automatically entitled to ongoing software
updates for your Gasper modules. With our Enhanced Care package
you will also benefit from both on-site and remote assistance
with testing and implementation to ensure these updates are
